IPC

This week we began finding out where our food comes from. We found out how bread is made and how it gets from the farm to our tables. We read the story of Jack and the beanstalk...and thought, ‘Let’s make our own beanstalks!’ We investigated what plants need to be able to germinate and grow and kept our own bean diaries.  We went out and explored plants in our playground. We were able to dissect and label parts of a plant. Next week we will be learning about how animals taste their food, and will be thinking about where in the world our food comes from.
