Cheep, Cheep – They’re Here!

This week, RAPS welcomed two very special new arrivals – our baby chicks! We were lucky enough to receive them from another school, and it’s now our job to help look after them, help them grow big and strong, and get them ready to move up to our field coop.

The chicks were lovingly named by Team Cole and Team Piper – meet Lady Egg Chick and Rainbow! Over the past few days, the children have been so excited to care for them, gently hold them, and watch them grow. It’s been a wonderful hands-on learning experience, and we can’t wait to see how much more they change in the weeks to come!
