Oral Story telling

This term we are really working on our oral story telling and now have a daily built in time for it. We are absolutely loving coming up with our own stories and using our questioning skills to help our comprehension and to set the scene. We learnt about one of our school values- Enquiry (Walter the worm) and we learnt how to pose a question using who? what? Where? how? and why? as our starters. In the book corner we have been enjoying rehearsing telling stories to each other and using the question dice to pose questions. 

We have created some really funny stories so far and we cannot wait to add more to them.
