RE: Introduction to Sikhism
Do you know anything about Sikhism?
Today, Team Amin started to learn all about a new religion: Sikhism. We did not know anything about the religion at the start of our lesson but now we know that Sikhism is the fifth largest religion in the world and is over 500 years old. Sikhs believe in only one god, like Christians and Muslims, and also believe in reincarnation, like Hindus! We will continue to learn about Sikhism this week and will be looking at the naming ceremony, the baptismal ceremony of Amrit and at the 5Ks.
