How We Live: Food

We've been exploring the main food groups!

Today, Team Amin started to explore the importance of nutrition, eating different foods and of a balanced diet. We discussed how food gives us the energy we need to be able to survive and to do things! Did you know that eating one slice of buttered bread gives us enough energy to cycle for 20 minutes or even to SLEEP for two hours? How incredible is that! Over the coming weeks, we will be thinking about and designing a toolkit so that we can promote healthy living!
