This week in topic we have been continuing to look at how we can be healthy. At the beginning of the week we drew our workout routine which included five different movements. Later in the week we learnt all about our muscles and why we need them. Then, we wrote about why it was so important to do exercise and other things that keep us healthy such as drinking lots of water. At the end of the week, we looked at things that could potentially affect our sleep and we wrote a letter from the sandman that explained all of the things to do for a perfect night’s sleep.
