Our first trip

In IPC we have been learning all about what we need to eat, drink and do to stay healthy as a human. we thought it would be interesting to compare these needs to that of an animal. On Friday we went to the Rare Breed Centre in Asford and we were lucky enough to see and even hold some of the different animals. We then had a talk with an animal specialist who told us all about the animals needs and how they are similar or different to humans. This was really interesting! Later in the day we took part in the pig racing and Miss Spurrier was even chased by a pig!!! We could not stop laughing. A great day had by all and we cannot wait for our next trip.
