Guided Reading- Read the first 3 pages of Way Home, making sure you take time to look at the pictures. Then answer the 5 questions on the last slide.
Maths- Rounding: Complete the 1, 2 or 3 star sheet on rounding. Remember: find the column you are rounding to e.g. if you are rounding to the nearest 10,000 underline the 10,000s column. Then look at the number in the column to the right. If it is 5 or more round up, if it is 4 or less round down. Remember: when rounding down, the number you have underlined stays the same.
English- Today you are going to plan a diary entry from the perspective of Shane. In the story he meets some boys who it is clear he is scared of. He has been involved in a crime with the boys in the past. Your job is to plan the diary entry he wrote on the day the crime happened. Use the PowerPoint to help you.
