Upcoming Trips!

Year 3 have some exciting trips coming up in the next couple of weeks! These link with our current topic 'Plants'.

The Copse - Next Friday 6th May, Year 3 are going on a nature walk to the copse. We will use this time to try and identify different species of plants. We will also collect leaves to do some leaf rubbings back in class!

Monkton Nature Reserve - On 18th May Year 3 will be travelling to Monkton Nature Reserve to take part in two exciting workshops. We will be learning about the parts and functions of a flowering plant, life cycles and requirements for healthy plant growth. We will also have a lovely outdoors picnic together.
