Literacy Festival

This week is our Literacy Festival, with the focus on the focus on the text 'The Adventures of the Owl and the Pussycat... The week was kicked off by the illustrator of the book (and daughter of the author) Charlotte Cook - who talked about her job and shared lots of imaginative ideas to help the children with their own writing. All week the children have been writing their own version of an adventure story with the owl and the pussycat as the key characters! At the end of the week, they will then share them with the children in Reception.
