Football Fever!

Say hello to the first football team in RFS history... On Tuesday, this hardy band marched all the way to Dame Janet to participate in a friendly round of football fixtures against the host school and St Ethelberts. All of the matches were played in a friendly manner and the children showed fantastic commitment and sportsmanship. Considering it was the first time they had played together as a team they aquitted themselves brilliantly. Myself and Mr Beerling were very proud! After playing each team twice, all schools finished with an identical record of played 4, won 1, drawn 2 and lost 1. Special mention to Finley Gallagher for scoring the first official football goal in RFS history!
