IPC: Different Places, Similar Lives
Where have Team Amin been in the world?
Team Amin have started a new topic in IPC this week. We are going to be learning all about lives in different parts of the world!
In our Media session on Monday, with Mr Williams, we started to plan our presentations to children in another country explaining our school day and we are going to be filming very soon!
In the meantime, Team Amin have been thinking about their lives in the UK and in Ramsgate and comparing it to life in another country. Each of us has been looking at different countries including Mexico, India, Australia, Kenya and Egypt. We have been researching, with our laptops and books from our reading corner, about famous events, different foods, celebrations and the amazing differences that some children have in their school day!
Did you know that in Brazil, a day at school can start at 5pm and finish at 10pm? We didn't, and now we do!
