Maths

I am learning to solve division problems using the bar model

Last week we looked at bar model for multiplication. Today we will explore it for division.

Like arrays, bar model is a useful and visual way to represent and solve problems.

Take a look at this quick video of how to use the Bar Model with Division problems https://vimeo.com/434782341 Password Year1

Then have a go at the division problems attached (Division with Bar model)!

English  Can I write up the results of my experiment?

Using the template attached below (experiment write up sheet) fill in your experiment name, the equipment you used, what you did and what you discovered. Or you may have used a plan template which includes a ‘Results’ area where you can write up what you discovered.

If you haven't quite completed your preparation or have yet to conduct your experiment, continue with yesterday's learning then complete the above. Have fun scientists!!!
