Team Piper-Power of Reading

This week, we have started our new Power of Reading book – but we still haven’t seen the front cover or found out the title!

We have been using lots of book talk, looking closely at the pictures, spotting clues and sharing our predictions.

We also discovered that the fish was “no bigger than my hand”, so we held out our hands and imagined just how small it might be. We then talked about pets, goldfish and what we might call our own fish.

We are excited to keep finding out more!
