For today's English I would like you to focus on reading...
I want you to read part of a book. It could be a book from your personal collection, one you are in the middle of reading or one online in the Bug Club collection. I would like you to imagine that you are taking on all of our Reciprocal Reading roles as you do. That means: jotting down any words that you are unsure of and clarifying them with a dictionary; summarising what has happened in the pages you read; asking questions about the pages you have read and predicting what may happen next!I have attached a sheet with tips for each role as a reminder!
