Friday's Topic

Continuing with our fairly recent 'Stone to Iron' topic...

Just along the coast from us is the Dover Museum. Amongst the many items on display is the world's oldest remaining seagoing boat - dating back to the Bronze Age (one of the time periods we covered). Have a look at their website to find out more: https://www.dovermuseum.co.uk/Bronze-Age-Boat/Bronze-Age-Boat.aspx.

Could you try to design a poster to attract visitors to come and see the boat? Try to include an eye-catching slogan, some positive adjectives or superlatives (amazing, stunning, oldest, greatest), a clear picture and possible one or two fact boxes too.

Or instead, maybe you could try to create a replica model of the remains of the Bronze Age boat, or even what it would have looked like when it was originally built!
