Today we are going to begin a new topic for this term, all about the rainforests…
As we would normally do, what better way to begin a new topic than with an Art2Start! Attached is a PowerPoint showing you some artwork by Henri Rousseau. He is famous for his paintings of the rainforest, even though he never actually went there! Your task is to create your own Rousseau-style jungle artwork. You can use any media you like, such as acrylic paint, watercolours, pens or pencils.
