Reading in Dark

•  Tuesday 6^th March: KS1 Reading in the Dark- In the hall - 2:45 – 3:30

We would like to invite you to our after school event: Reading in the Dark!

To encourage our children to read as a part of their bedtime routine we are hosting our first Reading in the Dark event. All Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children will be asked to bring in a torch, teddy, pillow and their favourite book into school. At 2:45 please meet us in the hall, where the lights will be dimmed, fairy lights will be on and a cosy atmosphere will be set up to snuggle with your child and read their favourite story. Please come and collect your child from the hall, your child’s teacher will be on hand with a sign out sheet.
