RE: Belonging, identity and tolerance

Team Amin are looking at identity, belonging and tolerance in the United Kingdom this week in Philosophy. We know people in the UK belong to different groups and communities who think in many different ways, including through religion. Members of different religious communities do not always agree with each other's views. This might cause conflict, tension and judgement. Tolerance is important and it is considered part of our British values. To explore our understanding of tolerance and the importance of respecting other people and their beliefs, we considered different statements and sorted them out based on whether we agreed or disagreed with them as a table.
