Democracy and our School Council

On Wednesday morning, Team Amin discussed democracy and how it might work within RAPS before taking part in their own debate and  constructing their own speeches to run for the RAPS School Council. We all had some fantastic ideas about what contributions we could make to the council and about what we would do if we were elected and many of us presented these to the rest of our class during our own election process.

A huge congratulations to our two school councillors who were voted in by Team Amin through their very own secret ballot: Tallulah and Cayden. 

Well done to everybody who stood for the positions and for their fantastic election speeches. They were all extremely persuasive and I was quite impressed!
