Please find some activities that you could try as a family to help with your mindfulness...

Obviously you do not have to do them all, and they do not have to be done on the prescribed day. If you find any particularly useful, why not email me or post a picture on Padlet. Whilst we are on the subject of your well-being, I will be trying to make another round of phone calls on Friday to check how you guys are doing and to see if there is anything we can do to help.
