Mexican cooking by Annie =)

We have made numerous Mexican dishes for our feast on Thursday (12 - 1). We have learnt lots of useful cooking techniques, like different ways to chop and cut. We have learnt to make chilli con carne and chilli con veggie, fiesta rice, chimichangas and Annie's favourite... the sausage roll!

Now we have learned the dishes, we are ready to wow the parents!
