Mindful Monday – Yoga in the Garden 🧘♂️🌿

At the start of each week, we take time to slow down, reconnect, and focus on our wellbeing with Mindful Monday. It's a special time when the children can relax, share stories, and catch up with their friends after the weekend.
Today, we took our mindfulness outside and enjoyed a peaceful yoga session in the garden. Surrounded by nature and fresh air, the children stretched, balanced, and breathed deeply as they explored different poses and movements.
There were plenty of smiles and giggles as we tried out poses like the tree, the cat, and even the star! 🌳🐱⭐
