Team Amin-McCurry debate

Today, Year 2 have been learning all about natural and man-made materials. We began by exploring the difference between the two, before looking deeper into the ethical side of using natural materials, particularly animal-based ones. We learnt how many years ago, animals such as alligators, foxes, minks, ostriches, and elephants were hunted for their skins and furs to make clothes and accessories! We discussed how this was unfair and unethical, and how people around the world protested to help protect these animals.
