Amazing Science - Team B-C

A the beginning of the week we learnt about the functions of roots and stems looking carefully at how both of help with the transportation of water around a plant. On Friday, we studied leaves. We went outside to observe different leaves on the school site - we looked at similarities and differences between the leaves of rhubarb, rosemary, and chestnuts. Then back in class, we completed some leaf rubbings and even looked at part of a leaf under the microscope.
