What do Mindfulness Mondays look like in Team Hayzelden?
We had so much fun in our mindfulness session today!
Every Monday the whole school has an hour of mindfulness to help children reset from the weekend and prepare for the week ahead of them.
In these sessions, we practice breathing exercises, set goals for the week ahead, meditate and play a team game to build on our values of collaboration and resilience. Today we had a board game day, where we played cards, snakes and ladders and built towers.
