Solving Puzzles

This week in Maths we have been exploring puzzles. We have learnt that we can use the pictures to help us, we can turn the puzzle pieces, we can find the corners first and this has really helped us to see how things fit together. Later in the week we explored the 'odd one out'. We were able to make up our rules for why something was the odd one out as long as we could justify it. e.g. I think that the square is the odd one out because the rest are triangles.
