The Speaker competition... Recently a competition was introduced by Mrs Beech in assembly for children in years 3-5. The children were asked to prepare a short speech about what they would change to make the world a better place. The children will then present their speeches to the class to decide a winner, who will then face-off against the winners from Team Amin and Team Todd. We made a start in class by discussing ideas, and thinking about how to structure it. Remember to support and explain your ideas / reasons. We will be sharing speeches next Thursday so please take time to write a knock-out speech. Prizes for those who enter!
