All about the money!

Year 3 have started a new block of learning all about money this week. We have been looking at the different values of coins, and using our mental arithmetic skills to compare and add up different amounts. We have even started to explore the value of notes, WOWing our adults with our existing knowledge! Today, we experimented with how many combinations of coins and notes we could use to make certain amounts of money!

Challenge: Why not go to the shop with an adult and make the right amount of money with coins/notes to pay for something! Come and tell us all about it!
