Playscripts
We wrote and performed our own play scripts inspired by a chapter from 'Wonder'.
We read the chapter 'The Bleeding Scream' from Wonder where the main character, August, overhears other children being unkind about him. We then transformed this chapter into a play script using stage directions and dialogue before performing them. We agreed it felt a little strange playing a mean character who said some pretty unkind things. However, we also agreed that none of us would ever behave like this!
