Safer Internet Day

During the last week of term, we celebrated Safer Internet Day by exploring not only how to stay safe online, but also how best to interact with others whilst gaming online...

It is a fact of the modern world that there is greater connectivity, with many younger people communicating and sharing time through technology - phones, laptops, tablets etc. As always, with the many advantages of going online, there are also dangers. We reminded ourselves of the basics - which the children demonstrated a great awareness of already - before switching to the focus for this year - what we should or should not say to others when online.

The children worked hard on producing some amazing posters linked to this learning (many of which can be seen in the picture attached below).
