Home Learning for Today + a Little Challenge! 

Hi everyone,

Hope you have all has a brilliant weekend and got up to some fun activities!

 

PE:
On Friday I was challenged by my friend to do the 'toilet roll challenge', a task to do as many keepy uppies using a toilet roll as you can. See my attempt on the video below ...

Therefore your PE activity today is to try and do more keepy uppies than me... even if you do 1, you will have done more than me you've won! Don't forget to send me your attempts!

 

Maths: 
Subtracting with exchanging. Today you are going to answer these subtraction questions. This YouTube video shows how to do it really well. Remember you need to 'knock next door'.

Today I would like you to write another diary entry about home school. You have now been 'home schooled' for a week, some of you even longer!.
I have also added a list of success criteria below, I wonder if you will be able to tick off all the steps?

- Your BEST handwriting
- A sentence with commas for lists
- Capital letters and full stops
- Apostophes for omission e.g. didn't, can't
- Apostrophes for possession e.g. Alice's coat
- A question
- An exclamation sentence
- and, but, so, because
