How We Live: Exercise
We do lots of exercise in Team Amin!
Team Amin have started learning about the importance of exercise today and why it is good for us to stay fit! We walk, run, jog, skip, swim, cycle, scooter, skateboard, trampoline AND do martial arts in Year 3. We also do PE with Mrs Horrigan and Mr Robinson and our friends! We know that exercise is important for our speed, strength and stamina (a new word for us!) and for our health and minds and we have even done some exercising together in the classroom to see how our body's temperature and our pulse can change. I've set the children a challenge for this evening to see if they can find their adult's pulse at home!
