Christmas Week is upon us!
Hopefully, this is useful!
The 'Christmas' week is upon us next week so here are a few key bits of information for the diary for Team Amin:
Monday - Fairly normal day
Party food to be brought in. Children will be taken to Christmas shop for a browsing session (window shop).
Tuesday - Fairly normal day
Children to come in as normal in PE kit. Party food to be brought in. Children will have chance to visit Christmas shop. Any spending money is to be brought in a named envelope/bag to me if they are planning to buy anything.
Wednesday - Christmas Production Filming Day
Children must come to school wearing Christmas costumes/clothing and/or a Christmas jumper, rather than their PE kits. They will be filmed in the afternoon so whatever they wear should be comfortable enough for the rest of the school day. Children will have chance to visit the Christmas shop. Their spending money is to be brought in a named envelope/bag to me if they are planning to buy anything.
Thursday - Christmas Party Day
Children will have their KS2 party in our bubble in the afternoon. They can come to school wearing their own Christmas party clothing. If the school/I have not already been made aware of any food intolerances/choices, please let us know!
Friday - Christmas Jumper Day
Children can wear their own clothes and a Christmas jumper to school. Christmas Lunch will be served in the hall (letter has already gone out). We will be watching a Christmas Panto virtually in the afternoon.
All of this information was shared with the children this afternoon so hopefully, they have come home with key dates in their head and a yellow post it note with what they have decided to bring in for our Christmas party on Thursday afternoon. Please bear in mind that all food must be shop bought and wrapped (to avoid contamination) and in by Tuesday so that it can be kept aside for 48 hours for safety.
Thank you! If there is anything I have missed/that is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact. I hope this helps!
Best wishes and a happy weekend to all,
