Topic: Today we will find out who influences what we wear? When making clothes designers will think carefully about the features and function of materials but they also consider the style of the items they design and create. reasons of different styles etc. Every item of clothing that is available in the shops or online is designed by someone. Look at examples of catalogues or online sites to show some different designs, which items would you choose? Why? We all have different tastes but some styles prove more popular than other. Some designers become very popular for their work. This can be because many people like their designs or maybe because celebrities buy their items and so other people buy them too! Choose a few fashion designers to explore (https://sewguide.com/famous-fashion-designers/)

Recorded Task: Can you create a scrapbook style double page spread about a chosen fashion designer? It can include cut-out images, sketches and labels, along with information about the designer and their work in a biography style.
