A bit of consolidation of adding amounts of money for today...
A reminder that when adding amounts of money, it can be easier to put them all into pounds and pence. If for example, I was asked to add £45, 399p and £2.65 I would put them all in the same format so I can line up the decimal places. The amounts I just mentioned would become £45.00, £3.99 and £2.65. I could then use the column method to add them up.
