IPC How are You?

Help! I'm ill and why sleep is important. 

In our topic this week we have been learning about the importance of sleep to keep healthy and have been sharing tips on how to get to sleep; we found out we need 11 hours sleep a night! We learnt how important our senses are for getting a good night's sleep. Even though it is important to be healthy we all know we get ill from time to time. This week we shared stories about being ill! Some of us were very descriptive!
