Looking after ourselves- Sleep

How can we get a good nights sleep? 

This week we have started learning how to look after ourselves. We have been thinking of different ways that we can have a calming nighttime routine. Some of the things we came up with were: having a story before bed, having a warm bath/shower, listening to calming music, eating a healthy dinner, doing some yoga, turning off our tv/ipad nice and early and many more.
