Healthy food choices

What have you tried today?

This week we have had a focus on looking after ourselves. We now know why looking after our bodies is so important and that we need to have a healthy and balanced diet to be ready to learn. We sorted foods into healthy and unhealthy food choices and we know that it is ok to have some unhealthy choices in moderation. We also tried some new foods such as hummus, beetroot and much more. We enjoyed trying these new bits!
