What makes a healthy diet?

We know what foods are good for us!

This week in Reception we have been learning all about healthy and unhealthy food choices.  We have learnt the names of different food groups and how much of each group we should try to include for a balanced diet. We decided to try some new foods and even made delicious smoothies! We learnt about what instructions were and how to follow them. We did this step by step and successfully made a really yummy drink.
