Police visit

This term, our topic is My Place and Me. A part of this is learning about our community. On Friday, we had a visit from PC Barnes and Ciara, his trained police dog. PC Barnes spoke to us all about what he does for our community to help keep us safe. We asked Simon some questions and then got to see Ciara in action! We watched as she searched for different items that Mrs Barnes had hidden in the car park. We then watched as Mrs Barnes hid in her car, and Ciara was able to tell PC Barnes where she was. We all enjoyed the demonstration, even if we did get a little wet!
