Playscripts

Our focus in writing has been on playscripts... The children have been using Charlotte's Web - the core text we have been reading a s a class - to inspire them to write their own playscripts. After using drama to help generate some ideas for possible spin-off scenes, the children have planned them and written a cast list and scene setting. This week they will be adding the dialogue and stage directions. The best few will be selected and turned into performances in next term's art curriculum drama sessions!
