Letter consent slip

This visit is organised by the Turner as part of the Pioneering Places and they have clearly stated that they are unable to take any children without the consent form. Letters were sent home at the end of last week, the children have been reminded regularly and there are spare copies on the unit by the door. Signed consent slips must be in by Tuesday 26th March. There is NO cost for this, we just need the signed slip from the bottom of the letter.
