Star readers!

This week we have four star readers in Team Barnes! These children have been doing lots of reading at home, I wonder who will be the Team Barnes Star reader next week? Well done to everyone who has been practising their reading skills at home it is really helping develop those early reading skills. 

We encourage reading the school books sent home at least 3 times a week! However, it is exciting to point out to your children that reading is everywhere from reading signs, food labels, cinema tickets, food menu's, bus timetables....the list is endless! Happy reading!!
