Doubles doubles...

This week in Team Smart we have been learning about doubles. We know that when we double, both sets have to be the same amount and we can check that they match by counting. We enjoyed exploring different ways to make doubles such as matching Numicon pieces, creating doubles on ladybirds and using mirrors to find doubles. We are getting so good at recalling our double facts automatically and some of us challenged ourselves to relate double to addition facts and wrote the addition sentences to go with them.
