Team Gunson's topic this term is Blasts from the Past, where we will be spending time looking at the amazing Ancient Egyptians. We learned about hieroglyphics in our art lesson and then used clay to make cartouches. Cartouches were used by Egyptian Kings to display their names. We wrote our own initials on our cartouches and then painted them in suitably Egyptian colours.
