Check out our amazing animal masks! Thank you to all the parents who came in to help today, you were brilliant! Check out the pictures below and we hope to see you at the mask parade tomorrow afternoon.
Wow! What a day... 5 classes, 3 coaches (1 broken), more snacks than a child during lockdown and one amazing show! Well done Team Gunson, you were all amazing representatives for the school.
This morning, we joined Miss Mays for a Lion-King dance workshop inspired by the Lioness Hunt! Our dance was full of lots of amazing jumps, pivots and balancing movements! It was REALLY energetic! Ask us to show you some of our moves!
This afternoon we welcomed Shannon (cover Mufasa) and Kuan (cover Simba and swing) to RAPS. We had so much fun during the workshop, singing 'I just Can't Wait to be King', learning to talk like Zazu and being part of the wildebeest stampede. We were also treated to a private viewing of a scene between Mufasa and Simba performed by Shannon and Kuan before getting an opportunity for a Q&A with the West End performers. We are so grateful to them for coming especially to RAPS and can't wait to see them perform at the show on Wednesday
Could this new school song top the charts? Even if it doesn't make it to number one, there can be little doubt that 'We Love RAPS!'

This afternoon, we had the pleasure of welcoming Eddie Stafford. We took turns at acting out sections of the Lion King script and Eddie filmed it using his professional camera equipment!

We have been learning about the process that your food goes through during digestion. Why not ask your child to explain at home?
We were lucky enough to be asked to visit the Turner in order to get a sneak preview of artist, Larry Achiampong, new exhibition's gaming room. There is still plenty to see, why not pop over and check out all three rooms?
Parent's evening is this Tuesday and Wednesday - 22nd and 23rd March.
If you have not booked a slot and wish to, please contact the school office as soon as possible. Thank you.
