Storytelling

After a short walk and train trip to Margate, the children were enraptured and beguiled by Jan Blake as she told some spooky ghost stories from the Caribbean. By engaging the audience and encouraging participation in the chorus of the tale, Jan ensured that every single member of the audience was hanging on every word she delivered.

There was even a free copy of a book for each pupil, as well as a question and answer session. A thoroughly enjoyable day out.
