Artefact Handling
We looked at a variety of artefacts to do with our topic, Invaders and Settlers.
Today, we looked at some objects that Mrs Fox brought in to show us. They included replica knives and a sword, real Roman nails that are 1000s of years old, statues, candlesticks and mosaics. The objects were either from the Roman, Saxon or Viking period (some real and some replicas). We took turns handling them and discussing what they were and what they were used for.
