Staying safe online

Team Amin have been participating in activities to raise their awareness for being safe online, linking to yesterday's Safer Internet Day. At the start of this week, Team Amin practised and performed some role-play based acting which encouraged them to think about scenarios they might face whilst online and today,  the children put themselves into the Hot Seat and thought about peoples' feelings when something happens online that is not within their control. We all thought very carefully about what we do whilst online and about situations which might hurt, upset or worry us or others. All of the children are now confident with the acronym 'SMART' and what to look out for or do if something is happening online.
